There are so many myths about these issuses its no
wonder many are confused and need help sorting out
their own personal feelings and issues.
Cross-Dresser refers to people who dress in the clothes
of the opposite sex for emotional satisfaction and
psychological well-being. Cross-dresser is preferred
over the term 'transvestite', which is seen as a diagnostic
term associated with medical identity.
Gender may be defined in various ways and could include
any or all of the following categories: physical anatomy
(or sex organs), secondary sex characteristics that
develop at and after puberty, behaviour and conduct,
the mind, and fashion choices.
